How to enjoy the web hosting discount? What are the procedures?

Join us as a member if you haven’t do so.
After registration, login to the Best9Hosting using your username and the password sent to your email.
Check out and decide which web hosting plan to purchase in Hosting Deal at the top of the page.
Click at the link under Discount Centre column and follow the instructions to purchase your choice of web hosting plan at full price.
The concession (discounted amount) will be credited to your Paypal account. If you do not have an account, you can open your account here.
The transaction will be recorded in our system and you can check your concession (discounted amount) in your Member page (Member -> My Earning and Affiliate) within 24 hours after purchase.

How do I get paid for my concession (discounted amount)?

Currently we only accept Paypal as a payment method. Please make sure you’ve open a Paypal account and update your Profile accordingly. There’s no minimum amount to be maintained in Best9Hosting in order to get paid.

When do I get paid for my discounted amount?

Once we confirm your transaction with web hosting provider, then we’ll transfer the discounted amount to your Paypal account. You might need to wait 30 ~ 45 days for the amount to be transferred to your Paypal account. It is due to most of web hosting providers provide 30 days trial. We can only confirm your transaction after the trial period.

Why I can’t see my concession (discounted amount) and transaction in My Earning and Affiliate page after purchase?

The concession and earning is not updated real-time. Please try again if you can’t see your latest transaction. Usually, it’ll takes 24 ~ 48 hours to update.

Who are eligible to apply?

We’re accepting everybody around the world who would like to have web hosting service.

Any requirement for the discount web hosting plan?

You’re required to purchase at least 1 year designated web hosting plan in order to qualify for the discount. In addition, you must be new customer to the web hosting company.

How to avoid lost tracking of the purchase?

Please make sure your browser is cookies-enabled. By default, most browser is cookies-enabled (i.e. IE, Firefox).
Do not use other discount coupon together with Best9Hosting’s discount link. This might make our discount link invalid.
Do not open other discount coupon website just before you make the purchase from Best9Hosting. It might make the cookies invalid.
